I created this piece as a pairing with my other graffiti abstract work titled Fire + Ice, both of which were created on matching 60”W x 72”H stretched canvases. My vision was to create a calming mood throughout the piece as a reflection of a beautiful cloud filled sky. In order to accomplish this, I carefully blended blue, pink and teal metallic spray paint. This in turn complimented the warm complexity of Fire + Ice with a cooling undertone color scheme that evolves with natural and/or indoor lighting. Both of these paintings portray the natural energy that surrounds us and how it can blossom with positive creativity.
